Father Umberg’s Carmel Apple Salad


  • 2 to 3 Granny Smith Apples chopped in cubes
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp craisins
  • 3 Tbsp Carmel Syrup


  • Chop up the apples add to a bowl add chopped pecans and then add the craisins
  • mix together and add the Carmel Syrup and mix and serve.
