Ingredients

  • 6-8 firm Roma tomatoes cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 2/3 bunch italian parsley chopped
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Italian Dressing
  • Fresh Mozzarella cheese chopped

Instructions

  • Mix salad ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix Italian Dressing with salad, toss and serve
