  • 3/4 cup red onion diced
  • 3/4 cup red peppers
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes quartered
  • 1 14.5 oz can Black Beans
  • 1 14.5 oz Pegged Corn
  • 3 Tablespoons Italian Dressing


  • Add all ingredients in a salad Bowl add Dressing and Mix and Serve
