Bangers
  1. Cook sausages in medium saucepan or skillet until they are browned and cooked thoroughly.
  2. In the same pan add butter, olive oil, and onions, cook for 3-5m minutes until their lucent.
  3. Add Chicken stock and red wine and cook for another 3-4 minutes until reduced. Add Heavy Cream and cook another minute or two. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Mash
  1. Cook cauliflower until tender. Mash* and add butter and cheese whip till you have the consistency of Mashed Potatoes. Fold in Cheese. *Add hot cooked cauliflower to a food processor. Add butter and cream and pulse until the consistency of mashed potatoes. Pour into serving bowl and fold in cheese.

  2. Plate the Sausage and onions and the gravy add ½ cups Mashed Cauliflower to the plate and serve. Garnish with Parsley.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  2. 1. Beat eggs, sugar, and cream, orange zest, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. 2. Mix in bread cubes and fruit with hands.
  4. 3. Pour into buttered/greased pan and bake covered in foil for 35 minutes. If using butter, make sure it is unsalted.
  5. 4. Remove foil and bake for 15 additional minutes.
  6. 5. Turn off oven and let sit in oven for 10 minutes.
  7. 6. Cut, then serve topped with whipped cream.

TIPS: Serve as a special breakfast treat or for holiday brunch. If you wish to store or make it ahead of time, Very Berry Bread Pudding can be frozen until ready to thaw and reheat.

  1. Cook cranberries, sugar to a 5 qt pan and simmer for 10 to 15 min or when the cranberries start popping. Stir in berries and seasonings and remove from heat. Add cornstarch and egg yolk to heavy cream, stir until combined. SLOWLY add to berry mixture. Add mixture to pie crust and bake at 350° F for 30-45 min.
